Here and Now

So, I almost decided to give up this blog, seeing as I thought I had nothing to write about, but suddenly I'm inspired.
Awhile ago, I read a book called Don't Sweat the Small Stuff In Love.
I loved it, and it kinda helped me out. It was written by Kris and Richard Carlson. I found out Richard died. That's such a sad discovery for me. If you haven't read the book, I don't think you can understand what a great and loving person he was.
I went to the website, and that's how I found out. It was totally heartbreaking to me. Him and Kris were so in love, and I can't even imagine half the pain she went through losing him.
Of course, it made me think about my own life.
From now on, I'm going to try to live in the now. Kris talks about being a pendulum that swings back and forth. When you're in the middle, you're in the now. When you swing left, you're in your past. When you go right, you're thinking too much about the future.
I want to be able to stay in the now, and be thankful for the things I have, because they could be gone at any minute, any second.
I'm in love.
I never ever want to lose what I have.
It's too precious.
